Abstract

The transport services in many countries has been considered a major area where major investments are being made. This is because of the rapid increase in the demand for transport services, and as such new services are being developed and old ones are being improved (Friman and Fellesson, 2009). However, an increase in the supply of services either qualitatively or quantitatively does not guarantee a corresponding increase in demand.
