About the Journal

Fire Escape in the Sky is an open access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the music and career of singer and composer, Scott Walker. The journal aims to support biographical research and formalist analysis in service of elucidating the enigmatic artistry of the beloved and sometimes polarizing figure.
