Despite attempts to provide evidence based intervention programmes and services for every child at all levels of education, some areas of contents are sparingly being taught and researched in schools and institutions. Developing areas in the field of Education need to be explored and be open for research, contnt expansion, curriculum adaptation, admission procedures and certification in schools and colleges especially in developing countries. Exploration could be in the areas of assessment procedures, methods and strategies, among others. Practical approaches and methods are needed in this emerging areas.e
Therefore, JEREDA is floated to publish expand literature and research reports in these developing areas, raise fundamental issues (definitions, types, etiologies, concepts based on theoretical framework of the past and present and provide valid research outcomes, enough literature for prospective scholars and students desirous to study and specialize in these developing areas.
