Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

1. Include the Title page on a separate sheet of paper.  The Title page should list the corresponding authors name, address and email and the address and emails of each author, as well as their highest academic degree.

2.  Submit the paper as a Word file for editing.  Page 2, (not the Title page) should contain the title of the paper, an abstract, and the key words for the paper.

3.  Also submit the paper as a PDF that contains the figures, tables, and captions in the places they should appear in the final paper.  Make sure the Title page is on a sepearte page.

4.  Send the figures and tables as separate JOEG, PDF or TIFF files at a minimum of 300 dpi.  Note that figures and tables prepared in Microsoft Word deterioriate when they are transported in to the pbulsihing program and can not be used.

5.  Use endnotes rather than footnotes.

6. Follow this format for References:

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
