Focus and Scope

Electronic professional serial contains developments in pedagogics sphere, psychology, didactics, method of distance education, methodology, theory and history of informatization of education; not only theoretical researches but also technologies of education are lighted up; the actual questions of information technologies and learning tools as well as legal aspects of forming and use of informative educational space are analyzed; the ways of increase of efficiency of the distance learning are examined.

Peer Review Process

All articles submitted to Postcolonial Text are subjected to an anonymous peer review by two reviewers. In this process the identities of authors and reviewers are not revealed to each other. The reviewers' recommendations are taken into consideration by the editor handling the submission in arriving at publication and revision decisions. See Section Policies in About the Journal for policies pertaining to the different sections of the journal.

 

Open Access Policy

Journal provides readers with immediate free access to all published content under Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported (CC BY-ND 3.0). Users can read, download, copy and disseminate content for educational and scientifical purposes.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
