Author Guidelines

Manuscripts must be prepared in Letter (8 ½ x 11-inch) format and should fall between 5000 - 6500 words, including references and tables (not to exceed 7000 words). Articles must be double-spaced, including quotations and references.

Articles must have a title page that includes the title of the manuscript, the full name of the author(s) along position and institutional affiliation, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number of the contact author.

An abstract of not more than 200 words must be placed on a separate page following the title page. While the title should appear at the top of the first manuscript page, no reference to the author(s) should appear there or any other place in the manuscript. Elements of style, including headings, tables, figures and references must be prepared according to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 7th Edition, 2020.

Book Reviews

  • The manuscript adheres to the stylistic and citation requirements of the journal (APA 7th edition - https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/). Please note, articles which do not adhere to the guidelines will be declined during desk review.

  • All references have been provided and checked for accuracy.

  • The manuscript does not include any information identifying the author(s). This includes author names, institutional affiliations, and/or identifying details in the text and self-citations. Additionally, please remove author metadata from the document using the "Inspect Document" feature in Microsoft Word.
